Vending machine ratings

WE use a rating system for our vending machines, A-B-C.  Please look next to the Manufacturers name under the picture of the machine. Please remember, 'anyone and everyone' can call their machines refurbished, but what do they actually do to the machines? We tell you what we do to ours, look below. There will be a letter that represents the machine (i.e. Dixie Narco-A). These ratings are as follows:

A-This is as good as it gets. These machines are as close as you can get to buying new machines, without spending the money for new machines. These machines have been sanded and painted with an HVLP gun. We use a special paint that dries to a semi-powder coat finish. It is a 'semi-flat' paint that resists handprints very well. We sell commercial grade machines, not 'club store' models. Please remember that while we do extensive work to refurbish these machines they are not new, just refurbished and minor imperfections, minor dents, minor rust, minor dust or dirt may still exist. The savings over new machines is substantial but if you need 'brand new' machines for cosmetic purposes then you should buy them.

Can and bottle drink machines: These machines are basically stripped down to primer or bare metal (if needed) to remove old paint. The machines are thoroughly cleaned inside and serviced. The machine is completely painted inside and out after repairing any body damage including all non factory holes. All motors are lubricated. Machines are detailed. These machines come with our standard 60 day limited warranty. All drink machines include the following:

Bottle drop machines: These machines are basically stripped down to primer or bare metal (if needed) to remove old paint. The machines are thoroughly cleaned inside and serviced. These machines come with our standard 60 day limited warranty. We remove all product drawers and machine is completely painted inside (late model machines are left with factory paint on inside of cabinet) and out after repairing any body damage including all non factory holes. All bottle drop machines include the following:

Snack machines: These machines are basically stripped down to primer or bare metal (if needed) to remove old paint. We remove all product drawers and machine is completely painted inside (late model machines are left with factory paint on inside of cabinet) and out after repairing any body damage including all non factory holes. All trim is painted, rough or badly dented pieces are replaced. The machines are thoroughly cleaned inside and serviced. The machine is then tested to ensure a proper vend. These machines come with our standard 60 day limited warranty.

Food machines: These machines are basically stripped down to primer or bare metal (if needed) to remove old paint. We remove the carousel, clean inside of machine and machine is painted inside and out after repairing any body damage including most holes. All carousel plastic shelves/bins are cleaned and reassembled. All trim is painted, rough or badly dented pieces are replaced. All vinyl is replaced with Tuffronts. The machines are thoroughly cleaned inside and serviced. General illumination lamps are replaced. All product delivery doors are replaced with new. Rebuilt coin mech and dollar bill validators (if applicable) are then installed. The machine is then tested to ensure a proper vend. These machines come with our standard 60 day limited warranty.

B-These machines have been refurbished by our suppliers, (major bottling companies) usually within a year or two of being sold to us or have good generic graphics (cold drinks etc). The can machines will usually have one or two models back graphics (many times new signs and side decals have been installed by the bottler) and are in overall decent condition. We give these machines a general cleaning, usually with our power washer. The machines are cleaned inside and out then tested with cans to ensure a proper vend. All general illumination lamps are replaced as needed. Rebuilt coin mech and dollar bill validators are then installed. These machines come with our standard 60 day limited warranty. These machines are very similar to A-rated except that they have not been detailed, totally cleaned, or repainted. These are usually suitable for many locations that do not require new looking machines. THESE ARE NOT REFURBISHED MACHINES, THEY 'DO NOT HAVE' NEW SIGNS, BUTTONS OR SIDE DECALS. THEY ARE NOT PAINTED OR DETAILED INSIDE THE CAN COMPARTMENT. IF YOU NEED YOUR MACHINES TO LOOK LIKE NEW, DO NOT BUY B OR C RATED.

C-Auction machines, rated a 'Buy' from many satisfied customers. We auction these types of machines on a weekly basis. These machines have been taken out of service but are still in good condition overall. They are usually a little dirty, inside and out, maybe a few scratches in the paint. These machines are very similar to B-rated but usually have older graphics and have not been detailed like the B-rated machines. These machines usually have good graphics (original, not replaced graphics usually two or three graphics back from current). Most auctions have pictures of the actual machine being auctioned. Any missing parts are replaced. The machines are tested for cooling (if applicable) and vending. These machines carry our standard 60 day limited warranty on all parts in the machine including rebuilt coin mechs and validators. Check your auction to see if included (if a validator has been installed in machine). If a validator is included the auction will state 'this machine takes dollar bills' or something to that effect. They represent a huge savings over refurbished equipment. This is the equipment that most dealers purchase. These machines allow dealers or end users the maximum return by providing labor for shopping these machines themselves. In some of our advertising or sales flyers we refer to these machines as 'Wash-N-Go machines'. ^SM   THESE ARE NOT REFURBISHED MACHINES, THEY 'DO NOT HAVE' NEW SIGNS, BUTTONS OR SIDE DECALS. 1-Factory machines. These do not come along that often. These are very late model machines that have original factory paint and finish. Coin mech and validator are replaced with rebuilt units. Machines are cleaned  completely but not refurbished.
