Dealers

To be considered a dealer with us you must place an initial order for at least 10 machines for resale, mix or match. Once you have called us to place an initial order then you will have access to our dealer pages with dealer pricing. Once you have access to the dealer pages you can make follow up order of 5 machines or more, mix or match. If you are in the state of California you must have a valid sellers permit issued by the State Board of Equalization. You must provide us with a copy of that sellers permit, fill out a resale form for us to keep on file. You must be in the business of selling equipment or we will not honor your resale permit. If you operate machines and the purchase is for your own use then you cannot use a resale permit, even if you have one for your vending route. All dealer purchases out of state must be made by wire transfer, if you are local we accept checks but machines will not be released until checks have cleared your bank. Sorry we do not accept any type of credit card payments for dealers or resale purchases.

Extended warranty

Lately a lot of customers have asked us about an extended warranties. At this time we do not offer an extended warranty on our equipment. Some of our competitors have been offering this type of warranty at a cost of up to $500 for two years extended. We feel that if you look closely at the terms and conditions of the extended warranty offered you will find they are not cost effective. Some of these companies offering these warranties require you to return the entire machine to them for service. Most vending machine problems are not that expensive to repair. Coin mech and validator repair are the most common problems and are not that expensive to repair. We have found that in most cases a customer would be ahead financially to repair the machine when it needs service rather than have an expensive extended warranty that doesn't cover everything anyway.
