When sending your unit please track the item so you know when we have received it. Once you know that the old unit is in our possession then you may checkout using the screen above just as if you were purchasing an item. Please send your unit to:

In most cases you will not get back the same unit you sent in, you will usually get a replacement unit of the same make and model. Should you send a special unit or one that we do not have in stock then your actual unit would need to be repaired. Should we repair your actual unit then a delay of three to five days may occur to allow us time to repair your unit. We do not repair units that have been salted, burned, water damaged or vandalized. If your current unit has any of the damage listed then please do not send it to us. If your unit is beyond repair please see our refurbished units for outright purchase, instead of our 'flat rate' repair service.

Don't be fooled, by companies that charge a 'low labor price, plus parts' for validator, coin mech or pc board repair. Many times the parts charge is as much or more than the labor cost. Our 'flat rate' service provides you with a preset flat rate cost, including all parts and all labor. With our service you will never have any surprises as to what your final repair bill will be.
